ZeroJAV Review

The name misleads. Despite it, there is no adult video here at all: this is an archive of Japanese photobooks — gravure idols, cosplay sets and erotic art photography — and the index is built on the imprints that publish them.

That list is the reason to bookmark it: Fantia, AllGravure, Cosplex-Annex, G-Area, Graphis, Hegre, Hello! Project Digital, Image.tv, JapanHDV, LegsJapan, Met-Art, Minisuka.tv, MyWife, Nadine-J and PacificGirls. Anyone who follows gravure knows those names carry very different house styles, and organising by publisher rather than by model is how the scene itself thinks. Downloads, search, categories, tags and comments are all present, with an RSS feed for new sets.

The barrier is knowledge: if the imprint names mean nothing to you, the front page offers little guidance. For still photography from the Japanese idol and cosplay world, though, this is a specialist archive with no obvious equivalent in this category.
