Tokyo Toshokan Review

東京 図書館 — the Tokyo Library — is not an adult site that also carries anime; it is a Japanese-media tracker where adult is one shelf. The header lists an IRC channel on Rizon, three mirror domains, a donate link and an IdleRPG game, which places it firmly in the fansub era it came from.

What still works is the machinery. Search runs on Elasticsearch and accepts filenames or info hashes, RSS feeds can be customised and piped into a client, users submit their own torrents, and a status page reports tracker health. Registration is optional and only needed for submitting.

For JAV specifically it is a secondary source — the dedicated indexes are faster and better tagged — but when a release is old, obscure or bundled with other Japanese media, this is often the only place still seeding it. Treat it as an archive rather than a browse.
