TitsInTops Review

A phpBB forum running since 2005, and one that takes its own moderation seriously: alongside Rules and Posting Rules sits a DO NOT POST list, which is a community keeping a written record of what must not be shared here rather than waiting for complaints to arrive.

The structure is a community's, not a tube's. Most Replied, Most Liked and Most Viewed Threads, New and Rising, member profiles, profile posts, current visitors, and an Amazing Sites section. Search covers forums and profiles alike, downloads are available, and discussion is the product rather than an afterthought under a video.

Against the moderation effort sit three ad networks including a pop-under, a leaks signal running through the structure with nothing to explain it, and no 2257 or DMCA page at all. Two decades of accumulated threads is a genuine asset; the housekeeping has not kept pace with the rules the members wrote for themselves.
