Russian tracker culture is built on obligations, and this site publishes them: a rating and limits page setting out what you owe back, rules, a FAQ, a newcomer's memo, a guide to downloading and a guide to creating your own torrent, plus a BBCode reference for people writing descriptions.

That is an education programme, not a menu, and it is why trackers of this kind stay alive while public indexes come and go. Private messages, user groups, a tag system, comments, a search page and a donate link complete it, with uTorrent and BitComet named as the clients it expects.
