Pervertium's range is stated without euphemism: hardcore through to bizarre Japanese clips, extreme amateur anal and fisting. The category list matches — fisting, swallowing, compilations, BDSM, teens, lesbians — and nothing needs an account to browse.

Two features lift it above the usual extreme tube. The first is Pervarchive, a separate archive section, which suggests somebody is keeping older material instead of letting the feed swallow it.
