JAVQuick Review

Two clock-related ideas set this apart. The first is the update cycle: hourly rather than the daily drop everyone else promises, which for a catalogue fed by a release calendar means you see a title the morning it appears. The second is Upcoming — announced but unreleased titles, listed before they exist, which turns the site into a schedule as well as an archive.

The third is 4HR+, a genre for the four-hour-plus compilations that Japanese studios produce and Western sites bury. Alongside it sit Genres, Makers and Trending split by Day, Week and Month, with search and a performer index. The site also states plainly that it keeps many old movies, which is rarer than it sounds where everyone chases the newest release.

There is no account layer at all — nothing to save, nothing to track — and some genre labels read as light translations of the Japanese. Fast, current and mobile-friendly, which is what it set out to be.
