https://benaughty.com/A one-page sign-up funnel whose footer carries an Anti-Slavery Policy, an Imprint and a Digital Service Act page.
- An Anti-Slavery Policy and a Digital Service Act page in the footer
- A Billing Policy published separately from the terms
- An Imprint identifying who operates the service
There is no site here in the ordinary sense. What loads is a multi-step form asking age, who you are, who you want, role, location, password and email, with a Start button and nothing else to look at while you decide. The small counters beside the flow are the only movement on the page.
The footer is a different matter, and it is why this scores where it does. Billing Policy, Digital Service Act, Safe Dating, Imprint and an Anti-Slavery Policy are each published on their own. An imprint naming the operator is a European habit this corner of the web almost never keeps, and an anti-slavery statement is rarer still.
The trade-off is in the consent copy. Submitting agrees to the privacy policy, to profiling used for matching, to the terms and to marketing email in one action, spelled out in small type beneath the button. Disclosed beats hidden, but it is still a single click carrying four separate agreements.
