Homemade amateur with a live chat where the operator asks for feedback — a small site that behaves like someone actually runs it.

Live chat on the front page inviting comments on the site itself
Downloads and comments with no registration wall
Tag list written in the audience's own vocabulary

"Leave a comment in the live chat if you are liking the site" — that line on the front page is the most human line anywhere in this category. Somebody is reading, and on a small homemade tube that matters more than a feature list.

The catalogue is amateur and homemade, indexed by a tag vocabulary that reads like its visitors wrote it rather than a translation engine. Downloads work, comments are open, nothing is gated behind an account, and a view counter and runtime sit on each thumbnail. Categories and search cover the rest.

What holds it back is substance. Ad units run on the pages, two partner tubes occupy navigation space, and the material itself — homemade clips, most of them short — is the same pool every site in this corner draws from. The operator's attention is real; the catalogue has not caught up with it yet.
