A word about the word. "Scandal video" in this context means a private recording of a named or recognisable person, circulated without their agreement — and this site's own description leads with it, promising the latest PinayFlix TV scandal clips.

Mechanically it works like any small tube: categories, tags, latest, longest and random sorts, comments on a free account, a Telegram channel for new posts and a row of partner sites. The material is Filipino amateur, a scene the large tubes barely touch, and for that reason alone people find their way here.

The Fox rates it low and will say why rather than pretend the question does not arise. Unlike the studio sites in this batch, nothing on these pages states where the footage came from, whether anyone in it agreed to be there, or how someone who finds themselves in a clip can get it removed. A directory can list a site and still tell you to think before you click. This is one of those.
