AdultLoad Review

Formats, not categories, are how this archive thinks. Films, DVD, Magazines, Loops, Blu-ray Rip, Classic Erotic and Filmographies are the top-level divisions, which reflects how vintage adult material actually survives — a loop, a magazine scan and a feature print are different objects with different audiences.

Everything is a download rather than a stream, comments are open, no login is required at any stage, and the interface translates. A DMCA page sits in the main menu instead of being buried in a footer, which on a download archive is worth noting.

The category list is enormous — 2,011 entries by the site's own count — and nothing resembling a search box cuts through it, so browsing is the only route in. Blu-ray rips of recent releases sit in the same structure as genuine archive material, which muddies what the site is for. As a downloader's index of vintage adult film in every format it survived in, though, it is unusually well organised.
